Galina Kiryushina holds a Ph.D. in English Philology from Charles University 糖心Vlog, where she also worked as Research Assistant at the Department of Anglophone Literatures and Cultures.

Her most recent publications have examined cinematic and televisual legacies in Samuel Beckett鈥檚 writing, with a focus on his late prose. Her work has appeared in academic journals and essay collections, including in Samuel Beckett Today/Aujourd鈥檋ui, the Journal of Beckett Studies, Beckett and Modernism (Palgrave Macmillan, 2018), and Samuel Beckett and Technology (Edinburgh UP, 2021), which she also co-edited with Einat Adar and Mark Nixon. Her current research focuses on Beckett鈥檚 collaborations, in particular with the German television broadcaster S眉ddeutscher Rundfunk (SDR/SWR).
